Charles D. Rice, M.D.

Ophthalmic Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery

Dr. Rice received his undergraduate degree from Northeast Louisiana University. He earned his medical degree from Louisiana State University Medical Center, New Orleans. Dr. Rice performed his ophthalmology residency at Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, and completed his oculoplastics fellowship under Dr. Robert Kersten at King Khaled Eye Specialist Hospital, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Dr. Rice is a member of The American Society of Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons.

Beth Hunt

Certified Esthetician

Beth Hunt obtained her certification in estiology and began working for Dr. Rice and Arriva Cosmetic. Working for Arriva has enabled her to offer her clients the latest technology and skin care products.

It is Beth’s mission to help her clients achieve their skin care goals and help them maintain healthy, radiant skin.

Beth’s specialties include facials, mircodermabrasion, chemical peels, intense pulse light, and laser hair removal.

Veronica Briseño

Certified Esthetician

Veronica Briseno has been with Arriva Cosmetic Center since early 2005 and is a certified esthetician.

In addition to skincare services, Veronica specializes in make-up consultation and application, recommending/dispensing personalized homecare regimens and eyebrow shaping.

Olga Briseño

Certified Esthetician

Olga Briseño has been a licensed esthetician for over 30 years. She is well known in the community for her excellent, results based skincare services. In 2005 Olga joined the Arriva Cosmetic Center and has teamed up with Dr. Rice to offer the latest and most effective procedures for facial enhancement.

Olga specializes in IPL, hair removal, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, facials and recommending/dispensing homecare regimens.

Cynthia Martin has over 16 years of experience performing permanent cosmetics, cosmetic tattooing services and training. Additionally, she holds the following certifications in an ongoing effort to stay on the cutting edge in her field:

Julie Martin-Hilaski, LE, CDT

Licensed Esthetician

Julie Martin-Hilaski has over 5 years of experience performing permanent cosmetics and cosmetic tattooing services. She holds her State License of Esthetics specializing in make up application techniques and has received advanced training from the SPCP in Toronto, Canada with a focus in areola repigmentation. Julie also holds her Derma Technician Certification through the completion of her apprenticeship under Cynthia Martin at Facial Expressions, Inc.
