Dr. Rice received his undergraduate degree from Northeast Louisiana University. He earned his medical degree from Louisiana State University Medical Center, New Orleans. Dr. Rice performed his ophthalmology residency at Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, and completed his oculoplastics fellowship under Dr. Robert Kersten at King Khaled Eye Specialist Hospital, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Dr. Rice is a member of The American Society of Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons.

In 2004, Beth was the first esthetician to join the Arriva Cosmetic Center team. Licensed for nearly a decade, Beth is an expert in all aspects of skincare treatments and homecare regimens. It is Beth’s mission to help her clients achieve their skincare goals and help them maintain healthy, radiant skin.

In early 2005, Olga joined forces with Dr. Rice and helped form Arriva Cosmetic Center into what it is today. An esthetician since the mid 1970’s, Olga has cultivated a loyal following in the Mid-Michigan area. Years of experience allows Olga to share with her clients her knowledge and expertise to help them look and feel their best.

Dr. Lewis obtained his undergraduate degree from Michigan State University and his Doctor of Medicine from the University of Michigan Medical School.  He completed both his Ophthalmology residency and American Society of Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons-sponsored fellowship at the Cole Eye Institute, Cleveland Clinic.
